CLM4717EUB+is a low-voltage, low on resistance (RON), dual pole/double throw (SPDT) analog switch with a working voltage range of+1.8V to+5.5V. These devices are designed specifically for USB 1.1 and audio switch applications. CLM4717EUB+is an SPDT switch with two 4.5 Ω RONs (maximum), with a flatness of 1.2 Ω and a matching degree between channels of 0.3 Ω. These switches provide a 1ns pre turn on feature, with tON less than 80ns and tOFF less than 40ns when powered by+2.7V+ .When powered from 2.7V to+3.6V, the digital logic input is compatible with+1.8V logic. The product directly replaces international similar products with PIN, without the need to change the circuit board or system software, achieving complete replacement compatibility. Chiplon Microelectronics has developed its own testing plan to ensure that the factory products meet or even exceed the original specifications, supporting industrial grade (-40 ℃~85 ℃) operating temperatures.
