The CLM5638 is a dual-channel 12-bit voltage output DAC with a flexible 3-wire serial interface. The serial interface allows seamless connection to the serial port of the communication protocol. It is programmed through a 16-bit serial string containing 4 control words and 12 data bits. The output voltage of the resistance string is buffered by a rail-to-rail output buffer with a gain of 2. The buffer has a Class AB output stage, thus improving stability and reducing setup time. DAC builds time programmability, allowing designers to optimize speed and power consumption. With its on-chip programmable precision voltage reference, the CLM5638 simplifies the design of the entire system. Since its source output capacity can be up to 1 mA, the on-chip reference voltage can also be used as a system reference voltage. Implemented using CMOS technology, the device operates on a single power supply, with operating voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V. The product directly replaces international similar products with PIN, without the need to change the circuit board or system software, achieving complete replacement compatibility. Chiplon Microelectronics has developed its own testing plan to ensure that the factory products meet or even exceed the original specifications, supporting industrial grade (-40℃ ~ 85℃) working temperatures.
