CLM232 is a 5V single power supply, dual channel, low-power RS-232 transceiver that fully meets the requirements of TIA/EIA-232 standard. CLM232 includes two drivers and two receivers, both of which can be used independently. The receiver converts RS-232 signals into CMOS logic output levels. EIA/TIA-232E defines a voltage greater than 3V as logic 0. All receivers in CLM232 are reversed, so the receiver response TTL level is consistent with the EIA/TIA-232E level. Under a 5V power supply, the charge pump only requires four 1uF external capacitors, with a speed of at least 120Kbps for error free data transmission. Both can be independently enabled and disabled. Each driver and receiver can be used independently. Directly Pin to Pin replaces similar international products without the need to change circuit boards or system software, achieving complete compatibility and replacement. Chiplon Microelectronics has developed its own testing plan to ensure that the factory products meet or even exceed the original specifications, supporting industrial grade (-40℃ ~ 85℃) working temperatures.
