CLM7660CPA is a CMOS switched capacitor voltage converter used to generate output voltage, such as negative voltage, positive voltage multiplication, voltage division, or to increase input voltage. The chip can operate normally in the voltage range of 1.5V to 10V and without external diodes. Its output voltage drops by 0.5V and the current decreases by 10mA. CLM7660CPA has a BOOST pin that can increase the oscillator frequency above the audio frequency band and reduce the capacity requirements of external capacitors. The CLM7660CPA chip has two main characteristics: low static current and high efficiency. The chip integrates an on-chip oscillator control circuit and four power MOSFET switches. The application includes converting a+5V logic power supply to a -5V power supply and supplying power to analog circuits. For the power supply requirements required for more applications, CLM7660CPA can be divided into a voltage difference of 100mA and less than 0.65V. Directly replacing PIN with similar products without changing the circuit board or system software, achieving complete replacement compatibility. Chiplon Microelectronics has developed its own testing plan to ensure that the factory products meet or even exceed the original specifications, and support working temperatures at the track level (0 ℃~70 ℃).
