Product Introduction

CLM3630 is a two-stage high-performance AC/DC offline power controller equipped with an analog dimming interface for dimmable LED lighting fixtures. It controls the LED current based on the analog input voltage on the dimming pin. It has a built-in 0-10V dimming interface that can be directly used with a 0-10V dimming system without the need for circuits or microcontrollers. It also provides a PWM digital interface to support wireless SSL applications without the need for an auxiliary power supply. The CLM3630 uses unique digital flicker free technology to eliminate visible flicker throughout the entire dimming range and minimize low-frequency output ripple current. CLM3630 operates the main power converter to provide constant current mode to LED loads in a quasi resonant manner, providing high power efficiency and minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI). It uses primary side sensing technology to achieve excellent LED current regulation under different AC lines without using secondary side feedback circuits and eliminating the need for optocouplers. The CLM3630 technology minimizes the number of external components by using EMI filters. In addition, the digital control loop of CLM3630 remains stable under all operating conditions without the need for loop compensation components. Directly Pin To Pin replaces similar international products without the need to change circuit boards or system software, achieving complete compatibility and replacement. Chiplon Microelectronics has developed its own testing plan to ensure that the factory products meet or even exceed the original specifications, supporting industrial grade working temperatures (-40 ℃~150 ℃).
